Gravel care without siphoning by mouth
This electric aquarium gravel cleaner is designed to make looking after the bottom of the tank easier. The electric handle carries a switch: just turn it on to start the suction, with no need to start a siphon by mouth.
The kit is modular. The clear extension tubes connect together to give three lengths: 56, 67 or 82 cm. You can match the tool to the depth of your aquarium, from a small tank to a taller one.
At the end of the tube, the collection bell rests on the gravel. Move it gently to draw up the debris lodged between the stones. A mesh bag holds what is collected, and the blue flexible hose sends the water to a bucket.
The clear tubes let you see what is being drawn up and adjust your movement so you do not disturb plants or decorations. Black connector parts link the handle, the tubes and the bell.
It is a practical accessory for regular water changes and a useful gift idea for an aquarium enthusiast. Always switch the suction off before taking the tubes out of the water.

Good to know
The motor sits in the handle, which hooks onto the tank rim and stays out of the water: only the tubes go in. Do not submerge the handle.
Switch the suction off before taking the tubes out of the water and move the bell slowly so you do not draw up small fish or plants. The aquarium shown in the photos is not included.
