The core temperature, without guessing
Cutting meat to check if it is done lets the juices escape. The Digital Kitchen Meat Thermometer tells you the core temperature: insert the probe and read the result on the screen.
It is made of a compact body with a digital screen and a stainless steel probe. The probe unfolds to take a reading, then folds back into the body: the tip stays covered in the drawer and the thermometer takes up little space.
Use it for a roast, a chicken, a duck breast or skewers on the barbecue, and also to check a caramel, a sauce or the water for bread dough. For reference temperatures, refer to a reliable cooking source.
A magnet on the back keeps it on the fridge door, and a hanging hole on the body lets you hang it near the worktop. Choose your colour: orange or black.

What's in the box
- 1 digital kitchen thermometer with folding probe
Colour matches the option chosen. Food and props shown in the photos are not included.
Use and care
- Unfold the probe until the screen lights up.
- Insert the tip into the centre of the food, away from bone and fat.
- Read the temperature on the screen, then wipe the probe and fold it back.
Care: wipe the probe with a damp cloth or a wipe after each use. Do not immerse the body in water or put it in the dishwasher. Caution: the probe tip is thin and gets hot in contact with food. Do not leave the body in the oven or above flames, and keep the thermometer out of reach of children.
Good to know
The thermometer is placed in the food only for the reading: it does not stay in the oven during cooking. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
